Stephane AttalStéphane Attal - CEO
Stéphane is a business leader with extensive experience in VC financing, building management teams, developing and commercializing technology products and driving revenue growth on a global basis. 

Stéphane was the President and CEO of Nephrologix, a start-up in peritoneal dialysis systems. He successfully led the VC financing and pre-commercialization of Nephrologix; the company was acquired in June 2007.  Before joining Nephrologix, from 2003 to 2005, Stéphane  was a founder and CEO of Navtel Communications, a worldwide developer and manufacturer of telecommunications test equipment; Navtel was acquired in April 2008. From 1989 to 2003, while Navtel was a division of a European-based global telecommunications high-tech. equipment company, Stéphane held numerous senior operating roles including General Manager and Vice- President Global Sales. Stéphane  led an MBO and VC financing, resulting in the spin-off of Navtel. He has previously served as President of other high-tech. firms.

Stéphane has a MBA (University of Texas at Austin) and a MSc. from the French engineering school “Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts et Métiers”. Trilingual in English, French, and Spanish, Stéphane  has worked extensively in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, and China.


Yoram ShalmonYoram Shalmon - COO
Yoram is an accomplished Business and Technology leader.  He has a unique background combining broad product and project management with technical and business development.  He gained this experience during over 25 years work through the complete product and project life cycle in the telecom and computing industries.

From 2000 to 2006, Yoram held the position of Director of Business Development at Destinator (previously PowerLoc ) where he developed markets for location and navigation solutions, in North America and Australia.  As one of the first employees in PowerLoc, he helped build the company into a global leader in navigation with offices in six countries and over 240 employees.

Yoram’s professional career included progressive technical, marketing and managerial positions in the design and delivery of telecom solutions.  He spent 14 years with Nortel in technical leadership positions. At Nortel, he won 2 Presidential Awards for creativity in design and engineering.  Yoram also worked at Celestica, Cadence, GE and Tadiran (Israel) in various technical and business roles.

During his career, Yoram cared for a variety of customers including telecom companies, wireless carriers, government, law enforcement agencies and numerous private enterprises.  His customers were global and he has worked with teams in North and South America, Australia & Israel.
Yoram graduated from Technion (Israel) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and from the University of Toronto with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). 


Eran BreznerEran Brezner - CTO
Eran has 20 years experience leading product development activities and managing software development groups in Israel, Japan and Canada. As a VP Product Development for View22 Technology, he led the development of the company’s next generation software platform. Prior to that, Eran consulted startup companies helping them with strategy, product management, and business development.

As VP Product Development in Locationet, Eran was responsible for the development and successful launch of LBS services for a European GSM Carrier. Eran was also an Investment Director at Syntek Capital where he searched for and evaluated investment opportunities in technology startups. As a co-founder and VP Product Development of Netology Eran was responsible for the product strategy and the development of several innovative wireless messaging services. Netology’s products were sold to over 70 mobile carriers around the world and that success led to an acquisition by Comverse Technology (CMVT).

Eran holds an MBA (INSEAD at Fontainebleau France) and both MSc. and BSc. in Computer Science (Tel-Aviv University).


Ofir SmadjaOfir Smadja - VP - Business Development Carriers
Ofir is widely recognized for his expertise and relationships within the wireless industry. Ofir is responsible for identifying and pursuing key partnerships with the wireless carriers, and building carriers’ awareness of the AskKinjo’s products.

Prior to joining AskKinjo in 2007, Ofir held consulting positions in several organizations, most recently within TELUS and the Canadian Wireless Telecommunication Association (CWTA), where he was a key contributor to the successful launch of Wireless Number portability in Canada. 

Earlier, Ofir built a solid track record at management level in a variety of roles with organizations such as Redline Communication, Nettest and General DataComm.  Ofir holds an Electronics Engineering Technology Diploma from Toronto’s Seneca College. From serving in the military’s Signals Group, to working with telecom vendors and carriers, Ofir brings comprehensive market and technology expertise to AskKinjo.
