Your service is accessible by all potential customers, regardless of handset model or wireless carrier. Information is delivered in audio format with optional SMS, does not need costly mobile data interfaces and does not require downloaded mobile applications. The infrastructure of "Just Call Me" includes ASR (automated speech recognition), IVR (interactive voice response), search engine and geo-data management for your use through a hosting arrangement and an application development agreement.
AskKinjo will also propose the use of an Abbreviated Dialing Code (ADC) to enhance your brand. The ADC service combines easy-to-remember, branded dialing codes starting with # (e.g.. #CAR or #KINJO) to your service for mobile phone users. ADC works only from mobile phones. ADC would in fact be a requirement in Canada as a 1-800 toll-free call from a mobile phone will be without the user's Caller ID (CLID), making it impossible to identify and manage repeat users.
